With the latest 3-D modelling software and more than 18 years experience in taking conceptual ideas through to completed production ready 3-D models. Aptec is your one stop design shop for all your composite design requirements.

Aptec can create models for simple shapes or complex assemblies of hundreds of parts. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is available for weight or safety critical components allowing designs to be optimised and performance accurately predicted.

E-commerce allows customers in other states or countries to review designs and request changes from where they are located by using a free viewer to review and check dimensions of the designs we create.

Once complete, detailed working drawings are produced and surface data used for computer aided manufacture. Aptec Composites also produces lamination schedules if required. (A list of the individual layers and orientation of the plies used to construct a composite part.)
