Mould Production

For production moulds Aptec Composites can produce moulds of the highest standard using our CNC patterns finished to a mirror finish if required using DuratecTM products. Moulds can be produced ready for hand lay-up, resin infusion or RTM - including seals and counter moulds.

Our CNC modelling technology allows us to cut direct to mould for prototype and low production parts.

Prototype parts that have past proof of concept can then be moulded or CNC patterns cut for maximum accuracy or RTM flanging.
